When this process is disrupted, it is generally more difficult to fall asleep and we wake up faster. The ideal temperature for your bedroom is around 18°C.
Look for motivation in the morning.
How do you get a stress-free morning routine? Listen to your body. Guided meditation is a great way to start your morning mindfully. But, when you need a little more motivation to get out of bed, you can take a quiet form of consider yoga or even go for a run in the morning to boost circulation. No matter how well you can get up in the morning, it’s important to have an activity that gets you up quickly and not scrolling your Instagram timeline for 45 minutes before you get out of bed.

Nutritionist Raphaël Gruman recommends drinking warm water with lemon to kick-start digestion, but tap water works just as well for this. Even better, put a glass of water next to your bed so it’s the first thing you see when you wake up.
