JOB DESCRIPTION FOR VICE
CHANCELLOR
The Vice Chancellor of National Skills University (NSU) will provide visionary leadership for the overall management of the university, driving its mission to develop job-ready skills among learners while enhancing cognitive development. The role involves strategic planning, financial management, academic excellence, and building partnerships with various sectors to support the university’s growth.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Education:
Ph.D. Degree from an HEC-recognized or UNESCO-listed institution.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience post-Ph.D. in senior academic, research,
and management leadership roles, preferably in skill-related disciplines.
Research & Publications:
Distinguished record of research and publications.
OVERVIEW
Contract:
The Vice Chancellor will be appointed for a period of four (4) years, with the
possibility of extension based on performance.
