The Role
Data Entry Officer Jobs in Australia
Reporting to the team leader, as Data Entry Officer your duties will include:
- Accurately inputting Data into the system
- Liaising with internal teams/ stakeholders to ensure critical milestones are met
- Coordinating the dispatch of mailing and digital communication to stakeholders
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Monday to Friday – 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Temp to perm role flexible to WFH once trained ( 2 days WFH)
- Salary: $32.73/hour+ Super
Requirements
Data Entry Officer Jobs in Australia
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience working in Data Entry, preferably within financial services
- Experience working towards deadlines in an administration or project coordination role is desirable
- Clear communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong Typing skills (testing to complete)
- Strong time management skills, able to prioritize work effectively
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems and concepts quickly
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- A team player with a friendly, personable nature
