Job Responsibilities
- ▪ Installation and Configurations of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners;
- ▪ Managing day-to-day IT operations and providing on-site IT support directly to end-users at their desks;
- ▪ Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and File Servers;
- ▪ Asset Inventory Management; and
- ▪ Thorough understanding of Network, Routing Protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Eligibility Requirements
- ▪ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any Equivalent IT Qualification.
- ▪ 2 years’ experience.
