Public Relations Coordinator Job US Embassy in Pakistan

The position’s holder has to be well-versed on American foreign policy goals and interests in Pakistan. should be well-versed in the historical, political, economic, and cultural factors influencing American foreign policy. Should be able to get or possess in-depth understanding of Pakistani target consumers’ preferences for conventional and digital communication. Proficiency in commercial marketing tactics, monitoring and evaluation methodologies, programme evaluation design, data visualisation, measurement, and analysis, statistics, and customer service are all necessary. should be aware of how changes in regional and global communication patterns impact the communications environment in Pakistan. Possess a broad understanding of project management, which includes setting goals, choosing evaluation techniques, and tracking results. Should possess or be able to acquire in-depth knowledge of all sources of strategic content produced by the United States Government (USG), such as Department of State (DOS) guidelines, digital communications materials from bureaus and functional agencies, multimedia content produced by embassies for public engagement (such as speeches by ambassadors, consul generals, and other dignitaries, and public events), sources of trustworthy third-party content concerning foreign policy objectives, and legal and procedural guidelines governing the terms and conditions under which information may be used.
