Student Services Officer Jobs in Australia
An enthusiastic, self-driven Student Services Officer is needed for our Toowong office.
This position could be right for you if you have great customer service skills and a “can do” mentality.
The position offers enrolment and continuing support for our students through inbound and outbound calls and reports to the operations team leader.
The ideal applicant will be outgoing and intelligent, possess excellent communication skills, be able to function independently, and contribute to team goals.
The Student Services Officer plays a crucial role in the running of the Techskill Academy students’ educational experience.
The role
Student Services Officer Jobs in Australia
The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Engaging, assisting, and supporting our students
- The primary function is conducting the enrolment of students and managing enquiries throughout their course.
- Providing guidance to students and clarifying requirements of evidence for consideration of recognised prior learnings (RPL)
- High-level customer service, diligence, and adaptability skills to offer support and solutions to students in a phone-based role.
- Liaising with our internal and external trainers and assessors
- Providing industry-specific advice and information to students
- Managing various administrative tasks with a high level of competence
Requirements

Ideally you will have:
- Experience in an administration role
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Axcelerate or similar learning management platform
