The power of beauty and the beauty of power

The power of beauty and the beauty of power. The bottom of the main virtues of a woman is her attractive appearance. It is useless to argue with this statement. Regardless of age, all of us, dear women, zealously look after ourselves and are ready for any material costs to maintain our appearance properly. All these financial sacrifices on the altar of our beauty are understandable, and, of course, justified.

But still, in such a serious matter, one should not entirely rely only on the amount of money invested in our appearance – after all, its basis is primarily health, and, as you know, you cannot buy it. In any case, you won’t get off with material sacrifices alone – our personal participation is necessary.

There is a reliable and affordable way to maintain a healthy and, therefore, attractive appearance – dosed physical activity, of the many types of which weight training is the most optimal for the formation of a beautiful body.

FIGHT FOR FEMININENESS

The power of beauty and the beauty of power

Weight training is the best way to get rid of excess fat, tone muscles and build endurance. Many women after the birth of a child or in adulthood, having begun to exercise with weights, soon found noticeable positive changes in their appearance. It would seem that here it is, an affordable and reliable way to beautiful proportions, an elastic body and good posture. But still, until now, most ladies are extremely negative about weight training. They mistakenly believe that as soon as they start exercising in the gym, they will immediately acquire large, making them look like men, muscle masses. There is even a certain model of behaviour that seems very “feminine” to some lovely ladies during workouts in fitness centres. Women come to training solely to:

  • sit or lie down on fashionable simulators that supposedly pump their body themselves;
  • gently lift chrome dumbbells for the sole purpose of not straining, otherwise you can sweat and ruin your makeup and hairstyle;
  • attach blocks to your ankles with ribbons and do countless leg movements with scanty weights in the hope of point-wise dumping of fat from the pelvic region of the buttocks and thighs;
  • exhaust yourself with long work on a treadmill or stepper for the sake of resemblance to some fitness model.

In this way, women miss the very essence of progressive weight training: you need to work on all the muscle groups of the body and gradually increase the weight of weights to force the muscles and the whole body to adapt and change.

“IRON” DELUSIONS

The power of beauty and the beauty of power

We were brought up on myths about our physiology, so we are simply afraid to become stronger – we want to be feminine, look soft, passive, it seems to us that as soon as a woman touches the “iron”, it will immediately turn her into a rude masculine person.

To get rid of this delusion, it is necessary to understand that the existing number of features of our body simply will not allow us, women, to become masculine, no matter how intensively we train.

  1. It is impossible for us to build big muscles because we are limited in muscle strength and volume by our hormonal profile. Large, well-developed muscles in men are a direct effect of the male hormone testosterone on their bodies; in our body, it is present in a meagre amount.
  2. Our thin skeleton is not able to hold large muscle masses.
  3. Building large muscles requires long muscle fibbers and short tendons. As a rule, even most men do not have such characteristics.
  4. The average woman has about 2 times more fat under her skin than the average man. Most of this fat is located in the pelvis and hips – this is the result of the presence of female hormones in our body, due to our maternal functions, and does not make us look masculine.

WORK ON ERRORS

How The Effect of Sleep on Female Beauty

In my long career as a personal trainer, I’ve noticed a common mistake that many women who are new to the gym make.. Getting rid of the fear of hardware is only half the battle. Even having overcome the negativity towards the gym and starting to work out with weights, women sometimes continue to be cunning – or sincerely mistaken, choosing exercises for the muscles of the thighs and buttocks as the main point of training. No doubt, it is the hips and buttocks that are the most problematic areas of the female figure, and their ugly behavior most often brings women the greatest grief. But I have to disappoint you: trying to change your figure with selected weight-bearing exercises aimed only at certain parts of the body, you are making a huge mistake, which can turn into at least a lack of results for you, or even reduce the effect of the training process to zero.

By ignoring the work on all muscle groups, you neglect the basic principle of proportional development of the body. A good figure is not separate, albeit beautiful, parts of your body, but a harmonious combination of all its proportions. It is good proportions that underlie the attractiveness of the human body and are the main criterion for athletic beauty. And do not be surprised and afraid of the closeness of the combination of the word “athletic” with the words “beauty” and “femininity”. These concepts do not exclude each other, on the contrary, they complement, together making you perfect and beautiful, further emphasizing your sexuality and youth.

Our dear women! The doors of the large gym are always open for you. Do not be afraid and do not doubt, the “iron” world of our large gym only seems tough, harsh and heavy – in fact, it is a world of beauty, vivid emotions and health. It is here that you will find what every woman needs so much – attention, care and support in all your endeavours.
